Four teams participated: the Managers Club - University of Social Sciences and Humanities, the Managers Club - National Economics University, the Managers Club - Academy of Journalism and Communication, and the Future Managers Club - University of Commerce.

There are three parts to the competition:
- The General Knowledge of Intellectual Property section aims to test contestants' understanding of basic intellectual property knowledge, including copyright, industrial property rights, and plant variety rights. Teams must provide the correct answer for each question.
- The "Understanding the Businesses" section aims to provide information related to sponsoring businesses and member businesses of the Vietnam Association of Business Managers.
- Situation Handling Section: Each team must propose a solution to a situation that has occurred or is hypothetically likely to occur, related to intellectual property rights (IPR) within businesses.

The competition is a traditional activity of the University aimed at encouraging students and businesses to learn about and enhance their understanding of intellectual property – a crucial element in today's knowledge-based and integrated economy – while also creating opportunities for interaction among "young managers" in an equal, vibrant, and student-centered environment.
