The exchange session aims to help journalism and communication students understand more about professional communication work at a large state-owned enterprise, as well as create opportunities for final year students to find job opportunities for themselves.
Many questions containing concerns and difficulties of students about improving their professional skills when they are about to graduate, as well as their desire to have a satisfactory job after graduation were asked by students to the guests.
Representatives of the Communications Department of Viettel Military Telecommunications Group as well as teachers in the Faculty of Journalism and Communication helped students answer questions and also gave interesting suggestions to help students understand more about future jobs.
Not only sharing professional skills and job opportunities after graduation, the staff of Viettel Military Telecommunications Group also suggested that Journalism students need to identify their strengths and differences to be able to compete in future jobs, as well as need to invest in additional skills necessary for their work.
Representatives of the Communications Department of Viettel Military Telecommunications Group hope that more and more students from the Faculty of Journalism and Communication, University of Social Sciences and Humanities will work and have the opportunity to contribute to the group.
Dr. Bui Chi Trung, on behalf of the faculty and students, thanked the representatives of the Communications Department of Viettel Military Telecommunications Group for taking the time to share with students of the Faculty of Journalism and Communications. He also hoped that in the future, the Faculty would organize many exchanges between the Faculty and representatives of the group. The Faculty would be a reliable address providing high-quality human resources to contribute to the development not only of the Communications Department but also of many other industries and fields of the group.
