16 entries made it to the finals of USSH'S GOT TALENT 2014.

On September 16, 2014, the preliminary round of the USSH's Got Talent 2014 competition took place. The final round will be held on September 27, 2014, at the E building courtyard of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.

Taking place from the beginning of September, this talent competition featured 112 entries, including singing, dancing, acting, playing musical instruments, etc. After the preliminary round, the Organizing Committee selected 15 contestants, along with the RUMBO Cheerleading Club, to advance to the final round. The Faculty of Journalism and Communication had the majority with 3 contestants, while the Department of Anthropology, the Faculty of International Studies, and the Faculty of Archival Studies and Office Management each had 2 finalists. The Faculties of Literature, Philosophy, Psychology, Political Science, Linguistics, and the Department of Social Work each had 1 finalist.
The competition's judging panel consists of the current, former, and current dance specialists from the Sol Art Club. The judging panel for the final round is expected to include faculty members from both within and outside the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
Mr. Tran Duc Hoa - Vice President of the University's Student Union, Deputy Head of the competition organizing committee - said: "Over three seasons, Ussh's Got Talent has become a valuable platform for humanities students to showcase their talents. Only in 2013 was the competition exclusively for first-year students, aiming to help new students demonstrate their talents and quickly integrate into the university environment."
The competition's prize structure includes: 1 gold prize, 1 silver prize, 2 crystal prizes, and 1 promising talent prize. In addition, all finalists will receive a certificate from the organizing committee.
