Associate Professor Dr. Pham Quang Minh, Vice Principal of the School (left) is drawing lots to divide the competing teams into groups.
Compared to the two previous tournaments (2012 and 2014), this year the tournament also has 4 groups. The regulations, rules of the competition, and the way the matches are organized for the season have not changed much, with only a few significant changes in the issue of competition uniforms and the way players are substituted.
This year, the Organizing Committee (OC) only specifies the color of the uniform, but the teams will be able to decide and prepare the shirt design themselves. This helps to limit the duplication of shirt colors at least until the end of the group stage, causing difficulties for the organization. At the same time, this change helps the teams have the opportunity to choose the shirt design and material that they like best. In addition, the substitution method has also been improved when the BTC allows the substituted players to return to the field in the next substitution rights.
