Professor Pham Quang Minh, on behalf of the University, extended New Year greetings and thanked the teachers and staff of the Me Tri Dormitory Management Board and the Student Support Center - Vietnam National University, Hanoi for their care and provision of the best possible accommodation, helping students and international students to study and research with peace of mind. The Rector expressed his hope that in the coming academic year, the Me Tri Dormitory will continue to do even better in building the image of a friendly and modern international student village, a reliable destination for students both domestically and internationally.

Mr. Pham Dinh Viet, Head of the Me Tri Dormitory Management Board, on behalf of the staff and students in the dormitory, expressed gratitude for the attention given by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities to the Management Board and the students living in the Me Tri Dormitory. Building the Me Tri Dormitory into a model dormitory that is green, clean, beautiful, friendly, and modern is a goal that the Me Tri Dormitory Management Board has always pursued over the years. The Me Tri Dormitory Management Board has continuously innovated its student management work with activities such as: developing and implementing management software, creating favorable conditions for information exchange between the Dormitory Management Board and students; The dormitory management board organizes many activities to care for the lives and spirits of students, such as cultural, artistic, and sports activities, fire prevention and rescue training, a meeting with new students of the 2019 National Assembly, and the launch of the Student Representative Board for the 2019-2020 academic year... Especially in the new year 2020, the Me Tri Dormitory Management Board will continue to focus on promoting the movement to build a culture of resident students, with an emphasis on communication culture, self-service awareness, and harmonious and friendly behavior to help students develop a sense of self-discipline, neatness, and responsibility towards themselves and society, and deeply appreciate the joy and love of work in life.

Professor Pham Quang Minh, the Rector, and his delegation visited each room to inquire about, encourage, and wish a Happy New Year to students at the Me Tri Dormitory, and presented 294 gifts. With these meaningful New Year gifts, the University hopes to provide timely encouragement to Vietnamese and international students living far from their homeland. The delegation also sent representatives to participate in the 2020 New Year Celebration and exchange program with international students, organized by the students of the Me Tri Dormitory themselves to welcome the new year 2020.
