The 5th Conference of Youth Union - Student Association of National Universities and Regional Universities

With the desire to enhance exchanges and create close connections between the Youth Union - Student Association of National Universities and Regional Universities, to share experiences and support each other in the process of organizing and implementing youth - student movements, and at the same time exchange practical experiences, learn good models, and useful solutions in improving the quality and effectiveness of activities to support students in studying, scientific research and international integration on the basis of promoting the strengths of interdisciplinary universities, since 2012, the Conference of Youth Union - Student Association of National Universities and Regional Universities was established and became an annual activity. The 5th conference with the theme "Collecting and evaluating the results of youth activities in the current period" was hosted by the Youth Union - Student Association of Thai Nguyen University with the participation of 5 "members" of the conference: the Youth Union - Student Association of Hanoi National University, Ho Chi Minh City National University, Thai Nguyen University, Hue University and Da Nang University, and 2 guests: the Youth Union - Student Association of Can Tho University and Tay Nguyen University.

At this conference, delegates exchanged and shared experiences, good models, new ways of doing things, useful and creative solutions in attracting and gathering union members and students, and evaluating the results of activities, as well as in the actual implementation of the Union - Association and youth - student movements. At the same time, the conference summarized 3 years of operation and built the direction of activities in the next 5 years (2016 - 2020). During the conference program, delegates visited and studied at member schools of Thai Nguyen University, offered incense at ATK Dinh Hoa relic site and visited the Museum of Ethnic Culture.

The conference issued a joint statement based on the presentations, speeches and discussions of the conference delegates. The determination and consensus of the delegates at the conference promised new successes in the work of the Union - Association and the youth - student movement of the youth of the National Universities and Regional Universities. At the end of the conference, the Youth Union - Student Association of Thai Nguyen University handed over the right to organize the 6th conference to the Youth Union - Student Association of Hanoi National University.
