During the meeting, the two universities agreed on common issues related to postgraduate training cooperation, such as: training program framework, supporting teaching subjects, and funding for training. Accordingly, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities will support the training of master's students in Science and Technology Management and scientific research for Tay Do University.
The admissions process will be conducted in two phases. Phase 1: Tay Do University will conduct admissions based on the quotas set by the Can Tho Provincial People's Committee. Following this, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities will provide supplementary education to ensure students meet the required standards for the postgraduate entrance examination. Phase 2: Based on the signed agreements and the number of students who meet the criteria and pass the examination, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities will collaborate with Tay Do University to offer a Master's program in Science and Technology Management. The earliest examination is expected to be held in September 2016.

Currently, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities has 61 postgraduate training programs (31 master's programs and 30 doctoral programs), and this number will continue to increase in the future. The collaborative training between the two universities is a major step forward in training high-quality human resources for the Southwest region.
