Prof. Dr. Pham Quang Minh - Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities awarded certificates of merit from the Director of VNU to the excellent valedictorians of the University.
At the ceremony, Principal Professor Pham Quang Minh awarded diplomas to 639 new graduates, including 27 excellent graduates and 234 excellent graduates.
Some majors with a large number of graduates this time include: Oriental Studies (77 students), Management Science (35 students), Political Science (35 students), Journalism (29 students), Han Nom (27 students), History (24 students)... This graduation batch has 03 students completing the program in only 3 years by taking advantage of the flexibility of the credit training method.
The Rector also awarded certificates of merit from the Director of VNU to 08 students with excellent academic results throughout the course, including: Nguyen Van Quyet (Political Science), Nguyen Trung Duc (Archival Science), Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao (Public Relations), Dang Thi Ngoc Lan (International Studies), Le Thi Trang (Philosophy), Lalipat KERDKRUNG (Vietnamese Studies), Le Hong Khanh (Sociology), Nguyen Thi Hong (Social Work). Students with excellent and good academic results throughout the course received certificates of merit from the Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
Student Lalitpat KERDKRUNG (Thai nationality) has the highest average score in the school.
In particular, student Lalitpat KERDKRUNG (Thai nationality) - a student of the Faculty of Vietnamese Studies and Vietnamese Language with a graduation score of 3.92/4 became the valedictorian of the Vietnamese Studies major and also the valedictorian of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in 2019.
Speaking at the ceremony, Professor Pham Quang Minh shared with the new graduates the memorable journey of their student life, from when they were new students unfamiliar with their new school, new teachers and new friends from many regions of the country until they became knowledgeable and brave new graduates today.
