Vietnamese is a bridge for cooperation and mutual understanding, helping to promote friendship between Vietnam and the world. In the context of strong international integration today, the need to learn Vietnamese language and Vietnamese culture is increasing. Vietnamese has become a general subject or a specialized subject at many universities around the world. The University of Social Sciences and Humanities is on the way to becoming an advanced research university with the responsibility and mission of bringing Vietnamese language and Vietnamese culture to many places around the world, helping people around the world understand Vietnam.
The school also takes on the responsibility of building and developing the Vietnamese Studies sector to become a factor that truly participates in social life effectively and strongly; closely linked to the life and innovation and development of Vietnam. The Vietnamese Studies sector needs to gather interdisciplinary scientists to solve macro-level problems, and at the same time needs to connect information to build an increasingly growing community of Vietnamese Studies scholars in the world.
