On October 31st, the closing ceremony of the 2018 Student Ambassador Program of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities took place.

Attending the closing ceremony were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan (Vice Rector of the University), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quang Lieu (Head of the Political and Student Affairs Department), and nearly 200 student ambassadors of the University in 2018.

The Student Ambassador Program is a communication initiative supporting the university's college admissions efforts. Students from various academic disciplines are selected and trained to travel to high schools in different localities to provide admissions information to prospective students. These student ambassadors also help students learn about the university's academic programs, training courses, career opportunities, and help them choose majors that match their abilities and interests.

Launched on March 1st, 2018 and concluding on September 5th, 2018, 200 student ambassadors for the 2018 admissions season visited 107 high schools in 14 provinces and cities, advising over 10,000 prospective students.

The closing ceremony not only helped to evaluate the effectiveness of this year's student ambassadors but also recorded many suggestions to make the program more effective for the 2019 admissions season.

To commend and acknowledge the achievements of the 2018 student ambassadors, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quang Lieu presented certificates to the ambassadors. This is a great encouragement for them to continue studying, training, and contributing to the activities of the University.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, Associate Professor Hoang Anh Tuan expressed his delight at the success of the Student Ambassador program, affirming that the efforts of more than 200 student ambassadors had made a significant contribution to the success of the 2018 admissions season.
