At the meeting, Associate Professor Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan highly appreciated the visit of Professor Philippe Le Prestre within the framework of a series of events towards the 45th anniversary of Vietnam - Canada relations. Through the introduction of the main features of training activities, the two schools found many similarities, especially in the fields of International Relations and Political Science.
Prof. Philippe also shared about his research and teaching activities at Laval University. Through this, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan invited him to give lectures to students, as well as to exchange academic knowledge with lecturers of the Faculty of International Studies and the Faculty of Political Science through seminars and specialized talks at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. In particular, at the end of this year, the University hopes that Prof. Philippe and his delegation will come to exchange and discuss cooperation prospects on the occasion of the 45th anniversary of Vietnam - Canada relations.
In response to the welcome of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Prof. Philippe Le Prestre also proposed that the two sides sign an official memorandum of cooperation to promote academic exchange and development in the near future.
