Communicating social insurance and health insurance policies in the new era.

This is the first scientific conference on social insurance and health insurance policy communication, bringing together three professional groups: managers and administrators implementing social insurance and health insurance policies; researchers and trainers in journalism and communication; and journalists. The conference will discuss the theoretical basis, models, and methods of communicating social insurance and health insurance policies in the context of Vietnamese society and the era of Communication 4.0. The conference is jointly organized by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and the Vietnam Social Insurance. Thirty-five scientific papers are published in the proceedings by the Vietnam National University, Hanoi Publishing House, each with an ISBN and approved by the professional editorial board. We are pleased to present one of the event's media products: a documentary on "Communicating Social Insurance and Health Insurance Policies in the New Era".
