The seminar was attended by faculty and students from the Department of Oriental Studies and the Department of Religious Studies. This annual event, held around March or April, provides students from both departments with opportunities to practice scientific research.

The seminar received six highly practical and high-quality research reports, reflecting the students' unique perspectives on the research topic. These studies were:
- Report "Confucian views on women are reflected in Korean proverbs.(Student Dong Thi Thu Hien) presents new perspectives on Confucianism in South Korea.
- Report"Halal Food in the Muslim Community Today - Current Situation and Solutions"(Student Do Thi Chung) helps readers better understand the Halal food processing industry.
- Report ""The Three Religions share a common origin in the Vu Lan festival in China"(Student Nguyen Van Vu) points out the characteristics of Buddhism, Taoism, and Confucianism, along with the folk religious beliefs expressed in the Vu Lan festival in China.
- Report"Some influences of Buddhism on the worship of the village tutelary deity in Vong Nguyet village - Tam Giang - Yen Phong - Bac Ninh"(Student Ngo Quang Minh) was highly praised for its practicality in helping readers gain a better understanding of religious beliefs in Vietnamese rural areas.
- Report"The influence of Buddhism on fine arts at the Tran Dynasty historical site in Dong Trieu (through a survey of several historical sites)"(Student Tran Dang Khoa) has generated a multi-faceted debate about the characteristics of Buddhism as expressed in the architecture and decoration of the Tran Dynasty historical site.
- Report "The concept of filial piety in Confucianism and its influence on the worldview of Koreans.(Student Tran Ngoc Tung) presented research on the transformation of the concept of "filial piety" in Confucianism on the Korean Peninsula.
The reports that receive high marks at the seminar will be submitted to participate in the "Green Torch" award - a scientific research award launched by the Youth Union and Student Association of the University - in the near future.
