The seminar was attended by teachers and students from the Faculty of Oriental Studies and the Department of Religious Studies. The seminar is an annual activity held around March and April every year, helping students of the faculties have the opportunity to practice scientific research.

The seminar received 6 research reports of high practicality and good quality, showing the students' own perspectives on the research problem. Those studies are:
- Report "Confucian concept of women expressed in Korean proverbs”(student Dong Thi Thu Hien) offers new perspectives on Confucianism in Korea.
- Report“Halal food in the Muslim community today - Current situation and solutions”(student Do Thi Chung) helps readers better understand the Halal food processing industry.
- Report "Three religions have the same origin in Vu Lan festival in China"(Student Nguyen Van Vu) pointed out the characteristics of Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism along with the folk beliefs expressed in Vu Lan festival in China.
- Report“Some influences of Buddhism on the worship of village tutelary gods in Vong Nguyet village – Tam Giang – Yen Phong – Bac Ninh”(student Ngo Quang Minh) is highly appreciated for its practicality in helping readers gain more awareness of religious beliefs in Vietnamese villages.
- Report“Buddhist imprints in Fine Arts at the Tran Dynasty relic site in Dong Trieu (through a survey of some relic sites)”(student Tran Dang Khoa) created a multi-dimensional debate about the characteristics of Buddhism expressed in the architecture and decoration of the Tran Dynasty relic site.
- Report "Filial piety in Confucianism and its influence on the Korean people's outlook on life"(Student Tran Ngoc Tung) presented research on the transformation of the Confucian ideology of "Filial Piety" on the Korean Peninsula.
The highly appreciated reports in the seminar will be sent to participate in the "Green Torch" award - the scientific research award launched by the Youth Union - Student Association of the School - in the near future.
