With the presentation "Skills and methods of writing articles and scientific journals", sharing from the perspective of the personal process of participating in research, Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Quang Minh, emphasized the author's proactive point of view. According to Associate Professor Minh, young cadres must always actively participate in seminars. This will create opportunities for personal connection with leading scholars in those fields. Next, young cadres also need to be bold and determined in accepting topics from partners, actively participating in joint research, building professional relationships with international scholars, finding detailed information about international journals where they intend to submit their articles and improving their English proficiency.
Publish or die, that is an opinion emphasized by Associate Professor Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan, Deputy Head of the History Department in his speech "Experience in writing and publishing articles and national and international scientific journals". This is both a right and an obligation that young lecturers must fulfill.

In addition to the two reports above, the seminar also listened to and discussed two reports directly related to its research and publication activities: the report "Some necessary procedures in the field of publishing articles and national scientific journals" by MSc. Phan Van Kien, Faculty of Journalism and Communication; and the report "Some regulations on calculating scores for scientific works for the consideration of recognition of the title of professor, associate professor and conditions for recruiting civil servants" by MSc. Ngo Kieu Oanh, Deputy Head of the Organization Department.
