The program was attended by Associate Professor Pham Quang Minh, Vice Rector of the University, along with a large number of young lecturers from various faculties and departments within the university.
In his presentation on "Skills and Methods for Writing Scientific Articles and Journals," sharing from his personal experience in research, Associate Professor Pham Quang Minh emphasized the proactive approach of the author. According to Professor Minh, young researchers should always actively participate in conferences. This will create opportunities for personal connections with leading scholars in their respective fields. Furthermore, young researchers need to be bold and determined in accepting research topics from partners, actively participate in collaborative research, build professional relationships with international scholars, gather detailed information about international journals where they intend to submit their articles, and improve their English proficiency.

"Publish or die" is a key point emphasized by Associate Professor Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan, Deputy Head of the History Department, in his presentation "Experiences in writing and publishing articles in national and international scientific journals." This is both a right and a duty that young lecturers must fulfill.
In addition to the above opinion, Associate Professor Tuan also shared some other experiences in his personal scientific research process, such as: optimizing publications in dissertations, skills in exploiting important data, and how to present scientific research in a logical way...

In addition to the two reports mentioned above, the seminar also listened to and discussed two reports directly related to their research and publication activities: the report "Some necessary procedures in the field of publishing articles and national-level scientific journals" by Mr. Phan Van Kien, M.Sc., Faculty of Journalism and Communication; and the report "Some regulations on scoring scientific works for the consideration of professorship and associate professorship titles and conditions for recruitment of civil servants" by Ms. Ngo Kieu Oanh, M.Sc., Deputy Head of the Organization Department.
