Associate Professor Tran Thi Minh Hoa stated that the self-assessment of the school's quality according to the standards of the Ministry of Education and Training is an opportunity for the school to reflect on the reality of its operations, thereby continuing to determine directions and adjust short-term, medium-term, and long-term goals and plans accordingly, as well as to promote the school's strengths and unique resources, and to implement specific measures to minimize and overcome existing weaknesses.

The meeting heard a summary presentation from the Secretariat on the report's development process and structure. The Council also provided feedback on the following issues: 1) Description of activities based on the content requirements of each criterion; 2) Persuasiveness of evidence in each criterion; 3) Identification of strengths, weaknesses, and their causes; 4) Quality improvement plan; 5) Standards requiring further investment, as suggested by reviewers and advisors.

The meeting also yielded several assessments and lessons learned to make the report more complete and updated. According to the final evaluation results, the report met all 61 criteria set by Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
