Awarding of Master's Degrees in French (MAPE) - Class VI

On June 26, 2014, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities held a graduation ceremony for postgraduate students of the 6th cohort of the Master of Sociology in Public Policy and Enterprise Management (MAPE) joint training program (2012-2014). Attending the ceremony were Prof. Dr. Vu Duc Nghieu (Vice Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities); Prof. Nicolas Golovtchenko (Vice Rector of Toulouse 2 Jean Jaurès University); and Prof. Daniel Weisssberd (Toulouse 2 Jean Jaurès University).

Within the framework of the French University Center in Hanoi and the AUF's Southern University Support Forum, since 2007, the University of Toulouse 2 Jean Jaurès and the University of Social Sciences and Humanities have jointly launched a Master's program in Organizational Management, now called Public Policy and Business Management. This is considered one of the most sustainable and effective joint training programs at Vietnam National University, Hanoi.

Upon completion of the course, students receive a Master of Sociology degree in Public Policy and Business Management awarded by the University of Toulouse 2 Jean Jaurès. In the sixth cohort, 13 students received their master's degrees. As of the seventh cohort, the program has trained 141 students, of whom 118 have successfully defended their master's theses.

Professor Vu Duc Nghieu delivered a congratulatory speech to the 13 new master's graduates of the 6th cohort of the MAPE program, emphasizing that the MAPE master's degree is the result of the students' tireless efforts. The course provided students with the opportunity to experience a multicultural environment and acquire modern specialized knowledge from leading professors in France and Vietnam. The international value of this degree will be essential preparation for the new master's graduates in their future work and contributions.
