On December 17, 2012, the final match of the 2017 Women's Football Tournament of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities took place at the C500 stadium between the Faculty of Journalism and Communication and the Faculty of Oriental Studies.
Considered strong contenders from the group stage, both teams delivered a spectacular final match for the fans.
In the first half, the Journalism and Communication Faculty players took the initiative to attack, dominating the game with a series of shots at the opponent's goal. However, luck was not on their side, as all their shots missed the target.
In the second half, the Oriental Studies team turned the tide, launching a strong attack and dominating the Press and Media team. Luck smiled upon them with the first goal in the 4th minute, marking a turning point in the match. With the lead, the Oriental Studies team continued to pressure the Press and Media defense.

Two minutes before the end of the match, from a cross from the wing, with an accurate header, Ngoc Cham (number 08 – Press and Media) scored the winning goal, bringing the game back to a tie. The two teams were forced to play extra time to determine the winner.
After a tense 15 minutes of extra time with no goals scored, both teams went to a penalty shootout. With steely resolve, the Press and Media team defended their goal better, defeating the Oriental Studies team 3-1 and lifting the championship trophy.

Professor Pham Quang Minh presented the championship trophy to the Faculty of Journalism and Communication.
