The members listened to the sharing of specialist Nguyen Tuyet Mai (Politics and Student Affairs Department) about her wishes and challenges in her current job. Accordingly, the work of supporting students has brought her a lot of positive energy. It is this understanding that has helped her stick with the assigned tasks and constantly improve herself to improve the quality of her work. Lunch Box Club for English has gone through 22 issues with rich content revolving around work and activities at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. The Club contributes to improving the ability to practice and interact in English in real life for the University's staff.
Other members also shared their experiences about skills and the importance of planning for their own work and career development in the next 5 or 10 years. Because without a plan and vision, each employee will not see the goals they need to strive for in each stage of their work. One of the topics that many members discussed was the need to participate in courses to improve expertise, skills and opportunities to exchange with units outside the school. In addition, members also spent time sharing in depth about how to apply science, technology and engineering to improve the quality of work in the digital age.
