These new issues also prompt reflection on the need for the university's student support department to develop more practical and creative support activities, and to be more closely involved with students' needs.

The Lunch Box Club for English has held 22 sessions with rich content revolving around work and activities at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. The club contributes to improving the practical English skills and interaction abilities of the university's staff.
Other members also shared experiences on the skills and importance of planning for their career development over the next 5 or 10 years. Without a plan and long-term vision, employees will not see the goals they need to strive for at each stage of their careers. A topic frequently discussed was the need to participate in professional development courses and opportunities for networking with external organizations. In addition, members also spent time sharing in-depth insights on how to apply science, technology, and engineering to improve work quality in the digital age.
