The general goal of the program is to enhance the professional capacity of the University's staff through international publishing, thereby expanding the position of training majors, supporting research, serving accreditation and ranking... towards university autonomy by 2020 as required by the Government, directly supporting the work of recruiting and training PhDs in the context of increasing "international" requirements.
The specific goal of the program is to invest funds to create international publications at many levels (from publications listed in the ISI/Scopus catalog to journals and books with international standard publication indexes ISNN, ISBN), collectively by the staff (and graduate students) of the School, including: Specialized journals, monographs, reference books, books co-written with international scholars... edited, co-edited, contributing chapters/articles... by the School's staff with clear indication of sponsorship (or co-sponsorship).
Investment rate:
- 250 million/book title in the ISI/Scopus catalog or in the TOP 500 universities according to the rankings of prestigious university rankings: THE, QS, ARWU...
- 200 million/book in the AB SENSE category.
- 150 million/book title not in the above 2 categories but still has a standard ISBN (recommended to be printed at specialized publishing houses; universities in the TOP 2,000 of THE, QS and ARWU or rank C of SENSE...)
- 100 million/book is a product of an international conference (held at the School), officially printed in one of the 5 main foreign languages at a reputable domestic publisher.
International publications of a personal nature, not registered for financial support from this Program (magazine articles, book chapters, monographs, etc.) will be rewarded according to the current internal spending regulations of the School.
