[Video] Opening Ceremony of the 2016-2017 School Year

On the morning of September 17th, the opening ceremony for the 2016-2017 academic year took place at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. Attendees included Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Nguyen Trong Thua, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Quang Minh - Rector of the University, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Kim - Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice Rector of the University, along with other delegates, faculty members, and students of the University.
