Before the representatives of the faculties and departments exchanged and discussed, Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan emphasized a number of points: Regarding quality assurance, according to the conclusion of the official survey of the External Evaluation Team, many results and achievements that the school has achieved in the past 5 years have been recorded. However, it also pointed out many shortcomings that need to be overcome to improve quality, in which special emphasis is placed on improving the system and quality assurance process. Our community service activities are very good, bringing many benefits to the community, but there is a lack of evidence according to the PDCA process, so when evaluating, it is still at a low level. In the coming time, there needs to be related documents, systematizing and formalizing these activities.

Associate Professor, Dr. Dao Thanh Truong shared: taking into account the opinions of the units and departments, in the coming time, the Department of Science Management has studied a plan to improve some points in the scientific research work of students, linking research with publication. In addition to mobilizing a large number of students to participate, it is necessary to invest heavily to have truly high-quality research that can be published in prestigious domestic and foreign journals. Prepare more thoroughly for the International Scientific Conference of young staff and graduate students, encourage authors to present reports in English.

After listening to the opinions exchanged and discussed at the Conference, Principal Hoang Anh Tuan concluded a number of key tasks for June: Requesting units to complete the summary report of the 2021-2022 school year and the work plan for the 2022-2023 school year and send it to the focal unit for synthesis and editing; Assigning the TCCB, DT, KHTC departments to coordinate in researching and proposing many synchronous solutions to attract and supplement high-quality human resources; The Science Management Department researches and develops a plan on innovation and improvement of student scientific research activities, guides and completes procedures for registering scientific tasks at all levels; continues to implement the Translation and Publishing Project; Strengthens communication work for undergraduate and graduate admissions, Phase 2, 2022; Assigns faculties and departments to closely coordinate to develop synchronous solutions on improving quality after accreditation, forming an accreditation culture in the school; The Department of Politics and Student Affairs quickly deployed tasks to soon put the one-stop software of the Department of Politics and Student Affairs into service to enhance student support (expected to start from the 2022-2023 school year); Continue to promote university governance, soon establish the University Governance Innovation Executive Board in the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
