MSc. Nguyen Van Thuy (Head of Administration - General Department) presented a summary report on the results of September's work in all aspects: Party work, organization, and mass organizations; training work: successfully organizing the Party cell congress, perfecting the leadership personnel of a number of faculties, departments, and affiliated units; completing regular university enrollment, second-round graduate enrollment in 2022, welcoming new students of K67, organizing an Integration Week for students; quality assurance work: completing self-assessment reports of a number of training programs, preparing external assessment documents for a number of training programs; scientific research work, facilities, and finance: basically completing the repair of facilities, etc. The report also projected the plan of activities in October, focusing on a number of areas of work: perfecting the leadership and management personnel of a number of faculties/departments and departments; organizing the opening ceremony and new student festival; Organize international scientific conferences for young staff and postgraduates, issue a system of documents on scientific research work, continue to sign cooperation documents with domestic and foreign universities; complete the repair and upgrade of facilities and information technology infrastructure.

Vice Principal Dang Thi Thu Huong shared and noted some additional information about the field of training and quality assessment: the 2022 enrollment work exceeded the budget: university with the number of admitted candidates: nearly 1,800 (reaching >107% of the target); 92 applications for doctoral admission, 220 applications for master's degree (admission), 53 applications for master's degree (direct admission). The university admission scores of some majors are among the highest in the country. Regarding assessment work: 12 training programs have completed self-assessment reports. In October, we will continue to complete the evidence file to serve assessment at all levels.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice President Dao Thanh Truong emphasized: in October, complete and issue new documents on student scientific research, regulations on international conference management, establish strong research,... to respond to the science and technology strategy, innovation of the school and Hanoi National University. At the same time, promote the publication of articles in international journals. Regarding cooperation and development: focus on reviewing the effectiveness of cooperation documents signed with partners to have a strategy to promote domestic and international cooperation.

Vice Principal Lai Quoc Khanh said that in early October, the One-stop software system will be officially launched to support administrative procedures for staff and students; complete the repair of the infrastructure system, upgrade the wifi system of the entire administrative building, lecture halls, and self-study areas, to best meet the teaching and learning needs and access to information for lecturers and students. At the same time, the project to build a cultural and artistic creative space for the field of Social Sciences and Humanities in Hoa Lac will be completed.

Based on listening to the opinions of delegates attending the Conference, Principal Hoang Anh Tuan concluded and emphasized a number of key tasks in October:
- Party and Youth Union work; cadre organization: Organize a Party work conference in October 2022 to disseminate a number of issues and provide training on Party work for cadres and party members. Assign the Youth Union and Student Association to proactively propose diverse forms of activities to contribute to improving the effectiveness of student management and support. The TCCB Department urgently carries out procedures for recruiting cadres in accordance with regulations, completing the recruitment of teachers for the High School for Social Sciences and Humanities.
- Strengthen communication to promote and enhance the brand and image of the School, contributing to promoting enrollment, training, development cooperation and scientific research. Continue to innovate management methods and ways of organizing postgraduate training.
- Promote innovation in student consulting and support activities; focus on completing procedures to quickly put into use the One-stop administrative procedure support software for students.
- Complete documents on management of scientific research activities to seek opinions from experts and units so that they can be issued in the first two weeks of October.
- Continue to review procedures and propose measures to support foreign scholars, teachers, and students in exit and entry procedures and work permit applications in Vietnam.
- Heads of units thoroughly instruct staff and lecturers to use and preserve the school's facilities and teaching equipment in a safe, economical and effective manner.
