- Women living HIV who are being treated with ART ought to be carefully and frequently taken care of in terms of health care; specifically they need to be consulted regarding psychological care by experts of the field. Also they are in need of access to local health care community. In the setting of the study, women patients are getting physically and mentally better after the treatment phase. They can recover more quickly compared to the time they were treated at outpatient clinic. During the treatment procedure they not only have the capability to follow the treatment adherence more strictly, but they also get mental and physical support by their relatives. Even though they face some psychological problems, they are not given specific specialized treatment and care.
- With great efforts regarding the current staff and facilities, outpatient clinics can provide those patients with part of the essential health care services during the ARV treatment. Also, HIV projects and policies can enable the patients to get the opportunities to access to ARV early treatment.
-An another view, women treated ART faced to the following barriers to accessing health care services, especially in the health facilities other than outpatient clinics: low incomes, fear of discrimination, the stigma from communities.
