Luận văn bước đầu đóng góp nghiên cứu khoa học về việc tổ chức thực hiện tuyên truyền về nhiệm vụ bảo vệ chủ quyền lãnh thổ, an ninh biên giới quốc gia trên Báo Quân đội nhân dân và Báo Quân khu 2. Từ đó đi vào nhận diện, tìm hiểu vấn đề, giúp cán bộ, biên tập viên, phóng viên phụ trách đề tài kịp thời có những điều chỉnh, nâng cao chất lượng tuyên truyền về bảo vệ chủ quyền lãnh thổ, an ninh biên giới quốc gia theo hướng, động viên, tuyên truyền, giáo dục gắn với đáp ứng nhu cầu thông tin ngày càng cao, đa dạng của độc giả, góp phần phục vụ tốt hơn nữa nhiệm vụ bảo vệ chủ quyền lãnh thổ, an ninh biên giới quốc gia của Đảng và Nhà nước.
Đề tài bước đầu đóng góp nghiên cứu khoa học về cách thức đào tạo con người, cách thức lựa chọn đề tài và tổ chức hoạt động báo chí về bảo vệ chủ quyền lãnh thổ, an ninh biên giới quốc gia; đề ra những mặt thành tựu cũng như những hạn chế để giúp những người làm báo in nói chung, Báo Quân đội nhân dân và Báo Quân khu 2 nói riêng đề ra các chiến lược về xây dựng con người, xây dựng kế hoạch, thực hiện nâng cao chất lượng tuyên truyền hơn nữa về nhiệm vụ bảo vệ chủ quyền lãnh thổ, an ninh biên giới quốc gia trên báo in nói chung, trên Báo Quân đội nhân dân và Quân khu 2 nói riêng để đáp ứng yêu cầu nhiệm vụ tuyên truyền trong tình hình mới.

Về mặt thực tiễn, luận văn đề cập một cách cơ bản và hệ thống về tác động của thông tin đối với nhận thức tư tưởng của nhân dân, xây dựng sức mạnh đoàn kết toàn dân gắn với xây dựng nền quốc phòng toàn dân, thế trận lòng dân vững mạnh tuyến biên giới của tổ quốc Việt Nam. Do đó, luận văn có ý nghĩa tích cực, góp phần tổng kết, đánh giá chất lượng tuyên truyền của báo in đối với nhiệm vụ bảo vệ chủ quyền lãnh thổ, an ninh biên giới quốc gia, vì vậy có thể là tài liệu tham khảo cho Ban Biên tập Báo Quân đội nhân dân, Báo Quân khu 2 trong công tác lãnh đạo, chỉ đạo tuyên truyền thực hiện nhiệm vụ bảo vệ chủ quyền lãnh thổ, an ninh biên giới quốc gia trên Báo Quân đội Nhân dân và Báo Quân khu 2.
- Luận văn khảo sát một cách tổng quan về thực tế công tác tuyên truyền về nhiệm vụ bảo vệ chủ quyền lãnh thổ, an ninh biên giới quốc gia, cũng như một số đường hướng phát triển của báo chí gắn với nhiệm vụ này trong tình hình mới, có thể là tài liệu tham khảo cho Ban Biên tập Báo Quân đội nhân dân, Báo Quân khu 2 xây dựng các chiến lược về định hướng hoạt động tuyên truyền của cơ quan trong thời gian tới.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:

The thesis initially conducts scientific research on the organization and implementation of propaganda, on the mission of protecting territorial sovereignty, national border security in the People's Army Newspaper and the 2nd Military Region Newspaper. From there, the thesis further delves into identifying and understanding the concerned issues, helping officials and reporters in charge make prompt adaptation and improve the quality of propaganda territorial sovereignty, national border security in the direction of, encouraging, propagating and educating, in association with meeting the increasing and diverse information needs of readers, contributing to better serve the mission of protecting territorial sovereignty, national border security of the Party and State.
The topic initially conducts scientific research on how to train people, how to choose topics and organize journalistic activities on the protection territorial sovereignty, national border security; outlining the achievements, as well as the limitations to help print journalists in general, the People's Army Newspaper and 2nd Military Region Newspaper in particular, to devise strategies for educating people, building plan and enhance the quality of propaganda further on the mission of protecting territorial sovereignty, national border security in printed newspaper in general, in the People's Army Newspaper and 2nd Military Region Newspaper in particular, in order to meet the requirements of the new-era propaganda mission.

12. Practical applicability:

In terms of practical aspect, the thesis basically and systematically deals with the impact of information on the people's ideological perception, building the strength of the people's solidarity in association with building all-people national defense, a firm position of people's heart along the border lines of the Vietnamese fatherland. Therefore, the thesis has a positive meaning, contributing to summarizing and evaluating the propaganda quality of the printed newspaper for the mission of protecting territorial sovereignty, national border security, so it can be the reference material for the Editorial Board of the People's Army Newspaper, 2nd Military Region Newspaper in the leadership and direction of propaganda to perform the mission of protecting territorial sovereignty, national border security on People's Army Newspaper and 2nd Military Region Newspaper.
- The thesis conducts an overview survey on the actual state of propaganda for the mission of defending protecting territorial sovereignty, national border security, as well as some development directions of the newspaper associated with the mission in the new era. This can be a reference material for the Editorial Board of the People's Army Newspaper, the 2nd Military Region Newspaper to develop strategies for the agency's propaganda activities in near future.
