- Through a comprehensive and systematic study of both the theoretical and practical aspects of the Vietnamese Communist Party's foreign policy guidance during the period 2001-2015, the thesis affirms the following:achievements,point out thelimitand summarize thoseexperienceThis is the initial step taken by the Party in leading foreign affairs activities during this period, aiming to contribute to the continued innovation and strengthening of the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam in foreign affairs in the next phase.

- The results of this dissertation make a significant contribution to providing scientific arguments to further clarify theoretical and practical issues related to the renewal of the Party's leadership in foreign affairs in Vietnam. On the other hand, these will contribute to the implementation of the Party's policy on summarizing the theory and practice of the reform period. - The results of the thesis make an important contribution to the provision of scientific arguments to clarify the theoretical issues and practice of renewing the Party's leadership on foreign affairs in Vietnam. On the other hand, these will be contributions to the implementation of the Party's policy on summarizing theories and practices of the renovation period.
