Firstly, the thesis has summarized and systematized the traditional national values ​​that need to be promoted in the education and character development of people in the era of integration, including: Patriotism and national self-reliance; Solidarity and national community consciousness; Diligence, optimism, and creativity in labor; Compassion, tolerance, studiousness, aspiration, and love of peace; and Courage, resilience, and indomitability.
