10. Summary of project results:
The mental health status of adolescents is an alarming issue in today's society. Adolescents experience psychological difficulties that manifest internally (emotionally), externally (behaviorally), and in functional activities, but these are not yet sufficient to diagnose a specific disorder and still require psychological support. This project has reviewed research on adolescent psychological difficulties from various perspectives, including current status, influencing factors, consequences, assessment methods, and appropriate therapeutic approaches.
The study results showed that cognitive-behavioral therapy combined with mindfulness relaxation techniques helped adolescents improve their mood, manage risky behaviors like self-harm, replace negative thoughts with positive ones, and develop coping skills for stressful situations in the future.
11. Practical Applicability: The project has contributed further evidence to the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral therapy in supporting adolescents with psychological difficulties, based on the results obtained from theoretical research and practical clinical case interventions. At the same time, the limitations and recommendations of the project provide additional information for practitioners, offering lessons to improve the effectiveness of future therapies.
12. Future research directions: None
13. Published works related to the project: None
