10. Summary of project results: The project presented an overview of domestic and international research on issues related to anxiety disorders and the application of cognitive behavioral therapy in anxiety disorder intervention.
After receiving support, the client experienced a reduction in most anxiety disorder symptoms, including improved eating and sleeping habits, increased relaxation, and the ability to identify maladaptive thoughts and behaviors, thereby broadening their perspective and replacing them with more adaptive and realistic thinking.
11. Practical Applicability: In general, cognitive behavioral therapy continues to be proven effective in intervening in anxiety disorders. However, depending on the client's characteristics, desires, and pace, the psychologist needs to know how to choose the appropriate tools, techniques, and skills for the client's condition at different times to ensure better support effectiveness.

11. Summary of the findings of the project: The thesis presents an overview of domestic and foreign studies on issues related to anxiety disorders and the application of cognitive behavioral therapy in anxiety disorder intervention.
