10. Summary of project results: The project presented an overview of domestic and foreign research on issues related to anxiety disorders and the application of cognitive behavioral therapy in anxiety disorder intervention.
After receiving support, the client reduced most of the symptoms of anxiety disorders such as better eating and sleeping, increased ability to relax, identified maladaptive thoughts and behaviors to broaden the perspective of the problem and replace them with more adaptive, realistic thoughts.
11. Practical applicability: In general, cognitive behavioral therapy continues to be proven effective in treating anxiety disorders. However, depending on the characteristics, wishes and pace of the client, the psychologist needs to know how to choose the tools, techniques and skills appropriate to the client's condition at different times to ensure better support effectiveness.
