10. Summary of project results:
The study presented an overview of depressive disorders. It reviewed important studies in the world, in Vietnam, and focused on depressive disorders in young people. The study presented basic issues about this disorder such as concepts, characteristics, causes, clinical characteristics, and diagnostic criteria according to DSM-5. In addition, the study also reviewed assessment and treatment methods, in which the main therapy used is cognitive behavioral therapy, combined with mindfulness-based relaxation techniques, to support clients in coping with stress and problems in life.
The intervention results showed that the client improved his sleep and eating habits, and he was able to return to his normal work. In addition, the client improved his depressive symptoms, reduced his stress and anxiety. In particular, it helped the client improve his mood, identify his strengths, form appropriate values, and realize those values ​​in his current relationships. At the same time, the client was able to practice exercises, develop action plans to manage stress, deal with problems, prevent relapse of depression, and other problems in his life.
11. Practical application:From the results obtained through the process of theoretical and practical research in clinical case therapy, the study has contributed more evidence on the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral approaches in intervening symptoms of depressive disorders. In addition, the limitations of the project also provide new practitioners with lessons to increase the effectiveness of future therapy.

These methods aim to help clients cope with stress and life challenges effectively.
The intervention results demonstrate significant improvements for the client, including enhanced sleep and eating patterns, enabling the client to return to normal work activities. Moreover, the client showed reduced depressive symptoms, alleviated stress, and anxiety levels. Notably, the intervention helped improve mood, foster self - recognition of personal strengths, and develop suitable personal values ​​that could be actualized in current relationships.
