In addition to the introduction, conclusion, references, appendix, the content of the thesis is presented in 3 chapters: Chapter 1: clarifies the issues: the value of archival documents and the necessity of exploiting archival documents to serve foreign cultural activities; overview of the types, quantity and content of archival documents being preserved at archival agencies and agencies that can serve foreign cultural activities; measures to implement foreign cultural activities in the past by agencies. Chapter 2: The objects of document research, forms of exploiting and using archival documents to serve foreign cultural activities in the past are introduced, analyzed and evaluated to see what has been done well and the remaining problems in exploiting and using archival documents to serve foreign cultural activities.
