Based on the current situation, successes and some existing limitations in the tourism activities in Mong Cai city, and based on the guiding principles and objectives for the development of tourism in Mong Cai, the thesis proposes several solutions to contribute to the development of cross-border tourism in Mong Cai in particular and nationwide in general. It also proposes several recommendations to the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province, the Immigration Department, the Provincial Border Guard Command, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ninh province, and the People's Committee of Mong Cai city to pay attention to and create the best conditions for the development of cross-border tourism in Mong Cai city. 11.
