Summary of the results of the thesis: The thesis is the result of a study of students' awareness of premarital sex (researched at two universities: the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and the University of Natural Sciences). The results of the thesis have assessed students' awareness and understanding of reproductive health knowledge, measures to prevent premarital sex, and raised awareness and healthy lifestyles of students in love. 10.1. Students' awareness of premarital sex. 54.1% of students believe that premarital sex is a manifestation of physical and emotional attraction. 33.1% of students chose the option that premarital sex is simply the satisfaction of a natural need. The remaining students chose the opinion that premarital sex is just a way to have children or did not know. 10.2. Students' awareness of sexually transmitted diseases and HIV-AIDS, the relationship between love and premarital sex, and the characteristics of students who have premarital sex. - The study shows that students have awareness and understanding of sexually transmitted diseases and HIV. But in general, their understanding is limited or unknown. - Nearly 50% of students agree with the concept that when in love, they have sex. That is the risk that leads to students having premarital sex. Some students believe that love and sex are not linked together. This awareness shows different attitudes and behavioral choices of students towards premarital sex. - The characteristics of male and female students who have premarital sex are different. The prominent characteristic of men is being easy-going and promiscuous, while in women it is being gullible. 10.3 . Students' awareness of the reality of premarital sex. - The place where students have premarital sex accounts for the highest percentage is motels and hotels (82.1%). In addition, there are other places such as: friends' places, boyfriends' and girlfriends' places, coffee shops, and nightclubs. - Regarding the need for premarital sex, 65.2% of students said that it is to satisfy human sexual needs. Thus, students think that premarital sex is due to physiological needs. The circumstances leading to students having premarital sex are mainly due to the weak demanding (71.5%). 10.4. Students' awareness of the causes of premarital sex. The subjective and objective causes leading to premarital sex account for the highest percentage: exposure to pornographic cultural products, movies, books, and newspapers, new trends of the times, not foreseeing the consequences of premarital sex... 10.5. Emotional attitudes after premarital sex. - In general, students have an attitude of not accepting premarital sex towards both friends and lovers. - After premarital sex, there are many emotional expressions. Emotions such as guilt, shame, and hurt are considered by students to be the most common. In addition, there are other emotions such as: discomfort, anger, excitement, loss of composure, sadness, etc. - Most students think that premarital sex leading to pregnancy will be left to give birth and raise the child. Students who choose abortion also have hesitation and hesitation in making a decision. - Students also express their approval of premarital sex if it is safe sex, sex when engaged, and premarital sex if the person is male. Thus, it can be seen that these are the conditions for students to accept premarital sex. 10.6. Premarital sexual behavior. The rate of students having premarital sex is highest in the second year. The third and fourth years have the same rate, the lowest is in the first year. The object of students having premarital sex is their lover. When having premarital sex, students have certain knowledge about the use of contraceptives as well as the prevention of sexually transmitted diseases. Outstanding characteristics are living self-indulgently in men and overconfidence in women. 10.3. Students' awareness about premarital sex. - Place where the students have sexual relations before marriage are hotels (highest rate: 82.1%). In addition, there are other places such as the friend's room, boyfriend's room, girlfriend's room, cafes or dance halls. - Regarding expressions about sexual need before marriage, 65.2% of students said that this is to meet the physiological needs. Circumstance leading to students having sexual relations before marriage is mainly required by weak people (71.5%). 10.4. It is the same proportion for the juniors and last-year students and usually lowest for the freshman. Subjects that students have sexual relations before are marriage girlfriends or boyfriends. When having premarital sex, the students have certain understandings about using of contraceptive methods as well as preventing sexually transmitted diseases. Some students do not pay attention to this and think that their girlfriends or boyfriends will take care of it. 10.7. Relationships among cognitive expressions about premarital sex Research results for the relationships among cognitive expressions about students' premarital sex help to have better appreciation about their perceptions about sexual relations before marriage and correlation between unacceptable attitudes for premarital sex and the awareness of pregnancy after having premarital sex; between awareness of consequences of sexual transmission and unacceptable attitude for premarital sex; between unacceptable attitude for premarital sex and the high-risk context for sexual relations before marriage; between unacceptable attitude to premarital sex and acts of viewing pornographic movies and newspapers of students. 11.
