Scientists contributed ideas to the scientific task under Program KX.03/21-30

Within the framework of the scientific task "Research and promotion of human values ​​and resources in the Red River Delta region to serve national development in the new period," on September 20, 2025, the project team from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, organized a workshop with the participation of many reputable scientists in various fields.
This is one of 19 scientific tasks under the National Social Sciences and Humanities Program for the period up to 2030 - code number KX.03/21-30, titled "Research and promotion of human values ​​and resources to serve national development" (abbreviated as Program KX.03).
The workshop was attended by scientists from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities; the University of Natural Sciences; the Vietnam Folk Arts Association; the Department of Cultural Heritage (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism); Quang Ninh Museum; the Department of Culture and Sports of Ninh Binh province, etc.
With the theme "Theoretical Issues on Human Values ​​and Resources in the Red River Delta Region to Meet National Development Requirements in the New Period," the conference serves as a scientific forum for in-depth exchange and discussion on concepts, approaches, content, and research methods related to human values ​​and resources; identifying typical human characteristics of the Red River Delta region; and analyzing the role, potential, and ability to leverage these resources in the context of the country's ongoing growth model transformation and deep integration.
Professor Hoang Anh Tuan - Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, member of the Steering Committee of Program KX.03, delivered a speech at the conference.
The research topic has 7 content groups, including: (1) Analyzing and clarifying theoretical issues on the value and human resources of the Red River Delta region and promoting the potential of those values ​​and human resources to meet the requirements of national development in the new period; (2) Researching, analyzing, and identifying the characteristics of the Red River Delta region and the impact of these characteristics on the values ​​and human resources of the region; (3) Identifying, analyzing, and evaluating the values ​​and human resources of the Red River Delta region; (4) Researching, analyzing, and evaluating the current state of using and promoting the values ​​and human resources of the Red River Delta region; (5) Researching the experience of promoting the values ​​and human resources of some localities in Vietnam; (6) Researching and proposing a system of viewpoints and policies to promote the values ​​and human resources of the Red River Delta region, contributing to the development of the region and the country in the new period; (7) Research, propose solutions and conditions to ensure the promotion of human values ​​and resources in the Red River Delta region, contributing to the development of the region and the country in the new period.
The outputs of this scientific project include: 5 scientific articles published in scientific journals; 1 monograph; 3 postgraduate students writing dissertations related to the topic; 1 comprehensive report on the research results of the project; 1 summary report on the research results of the project; and 1 recommendations report.
At the workshop, scientists exchanged and discussed various aspects of the research topic, including: the analytical framework for the research topic "Promoting the values ​​and human resources of the Red River Delta to serve national development in the new era" (Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vu Van Quan); analysis and clarification of concepts: value, value system, resources, promotion, sustainable development, new era, cultural economy, cultural industry (Prof. Dr. Lam Thi My Dung); the role of human values ​​and resources in the Red River Delta in national development in the new era (Prof. Dr. Le Hong Ly); and the development of criteria for determining the value of human resources in the Red River Delta region to meet the requirements of national development in the new era (Dr. Dinh Duc Tien).

Associate Professor Dr. Dang Hong Son - Vice Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, and Head of the scientific project "Research and promotion of human values ​​and resources in the Red River Delta region to serve national development in the new period" emphasized that the workshop had reached a consensus on research perspectives in all aspects of the topic. The project team will incorporate the valuable contributions of the scientists to continue implementing the project in accordance with the requirements of Program KX.03/21-30, ensuring that the policy advice is highly scientific and practical, bringing significant value to localities in the Red River Delta region in promoting human values ​​and resources.
