On November 13, 2022, the Party Committee of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (USSH), Vietnam National University, Hanoi, successfully organized the 2022 Party Work Conference to disseminate, update, and explain new documents from the Central Committee and provide guidance on Party building work for Party committee officials throughout the Party Committee.
Attending the Conference were Comrade Dao Thanh Truong (Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Vice Principal of the School); Comrade Dang Thi Thu Huong (Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Vice Principal); Comrade Lai Quoc Khanh (Vice Principal); members of the Party committees of the affiliated branches and heads of departments and offices.
In his opening remarks at the conference, Comrade Dao Thanh Truong emphasized that the 2022 Party work conference would disseminate several new documents from the Central Committee and equip Party committee members with necessary knowledge on Party building work to improve the quality of Party building work throughout the Party organization. He requested that delegates uphold a high sense of responsibility, focus on studying, discussing, and absorbing the topics to effectively implement them in their unit's Party work.
Within the framework of the conference, delegates received a comprehensive briefing from Comrade Nguyen Quan Phu (Senior Specialist, former Head of the Reporting Department of the Central Propaganda Department) on recent important resolutions of the Party and the major, fundamental, and important issues of the Sixth Plenum of the 13th Central Committee of the Party.
Following that, the delegates also received training and guidance from Comrade Phung Thuy Oanh (Specialist in the Party Organization and Membership Department, Hanoi City Party Committee's Organization Department) on some basic contents and new points in party work, such as the process of admitting new party members, the process of transferring official party members, some contents on handling disciplinary actions against party organizations and party members who violate party work regulations, and guidance on some contents in branch meetings….
On this occasion, the Party Committee of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities organized a ceremony to present the 40-year Party membership badge to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Ba Trinh (Religious Studies Department Party Branch) and the 30-year Party membership badge to Prof. Dr. Hoang Ba Thinh (Sociology Faculty Party Branch).

In her closing remarks at the conference, Comrade Dang Thi Thu Huong, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice Principal of the School, expressed her gratitude to the two speakers for sharing valuable knowledge with the conference delegates and hoped that the delegates would continue to lead, direct, and effectively implement the training and professional development content for Party members and officials under their management.
Vice Principal Dang Thi Thu Huong summarized and closed the conference.
