Attending the Conference were the Vice President, Secretary of the School Council, Vice Principals, leaders of institutes, faculties, departments, affiliated centers and representatives of functional departments under the School Board; leaders of the Party Office - Mass Organizations and the School Trade Union.

The conference listened to MSc. Nguyen Van Thuy (Head of Administration - General Department) present a report emphasizing the results achieved in May, and at the same time emphasizing the key content to be implemented in June.
Also at the Conference, delegates focused on exchanging and sharing solutions to complete a number of key tasks in enrollment, training, scientific research, administration - management, etc.
Regarding training, Associate Professor Dr. Bui Thanh Nam (Vice Chairman of the School Board, Head of Training Department) said: currently the training plan for the second semester has been basically completed, final year students need to certify the completion of the training program to be able to apply for the jobs they desire soon, at the same time, students from the first to third years need their learning and training results to be considered for some scholarships and study support. The Training Department proposed: heads of training units direct and urge lecturers to complete the work of grading semester exams for students as soon as possible.
Regarding the organization of international exchange programs in China and Thailand in the summer of 2024, Dr. Pham Hoang Hung (Department of Cooperation and Development) shared: Internationalization of training activities is a major policy of the University to create opportunities for students to experience the learning environment at leading universities in the region at a reasonable cost. Communication work has been carried out since the beginning of May and deployed to each training unit, but so far the number of students registering is not large. When talking with students, it is known that they are still concerned about credit transfer.
Dr. Pham Hoang Hung (Head of Training and Development Department) proposed: there needs to be thorough involvement of training units and functional departments to resolve problems to help students feel secure when registering to participate.
Representative of the Faculty of Philosophy, Dr. Pham Hoang Giang shared: if the certificate of completion of the international exchange program can be transferred and replaced with the graduation internship, many students in their third year will register to participate.
Dr. Dang Kim Khanh Ly (Head of Sociology Department) said: many students also want to participate but are concerned that there are no equivalent courses in the training program to transfer.
Based on listening to the opinions exchanged from Vice Principals, representatives of functional departments and training units, Principal Hoang Anh Tuan concluded and emphasized some key tasks and implementation solutions:
- Regarding the international student exchange program: The Training Department and related units: Training and Development Department, Center for Vietnamese Language and Culture, Center for Foreign Languages and Training Cooperation, representatives of some training units need to discuss and agree on solutions to remove obstacles in the spirit of maximum support in terms of processes and procedures so that a large number of students can participate. The focal department needs to expand the search for partners to be able to implement international exchange programs in the spring, summer, and fall semesters.
- Regarding enrollment: focus resources to ensure the successful organization of the 10th grade entrance exam for specialized high schools taking place on Sunday, June 2, 2024 and regular university enrollment in 2024 in accordance with procedures, regulations and with high efficiency.
- Review all preparations so that the Key Staff Conference taking place in early June 2024 is successful and of the highest quality.
- Speed up the progress of building, accepting and completing new training programs (especially applied training programs) at all training levels in the context of fierce and intense competition.
- Heads of units complete the process of giving comments on the Project of publishing publications commemorating the 80th anniversary of tradition and the 30th anniversary of the school's founding so that the School's Board of Directors can soon issue official documents.
- Repair and refurbishment of facilities must be carried out quickly, carefully, economically, and with maximum efficiency, and must be completed before the new school year begins to avoid affecting the teaching and learning activities of lecturers and students.
