The program welcomed the participation of comrades of the Executive Committee of the School Youth Union, Executive Committee of the School Student Association; Secretaries/Deputy Secretaries of the Union Branches, affiliated Youth Union Branches; representatives of Clubs/Groups/Teams/Groups of students under the School Youth Union - HSV. In addition, there were many comrades who were former key officials of the School Youth Union in different periods. Especially, there was the presence of nearly 400 outstanding Youth Union members, representing more than 8,000 Youth Union members of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
Over the years, at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, with the slogan “Knowledge and creativity - Enthusiasm and responsibility - Modernity and humanity”, the Youth Union has been constantly striving to successfully fulfill its role and tasks. The movements have been implemented in a diverse and modern manner, attracting a large number of students to participate. The Union has affirmed its role as a political and social organization of the youth, a reliable support for students in studying, training and working for the community, contributing to the implementation of the “liberal education philosophy” in a dynamic, innovative and integrated environment.

In her welcoming speech, Secretary of the Youth Union Ta Thi Bich Ngoc emphasized: “Looking towards the future from the glorious tradition, the Youth Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities will continue to promote education, foster ideals and national pride; enhance awareness of social responsibility and the role of youth in the new era; promote creativity in learning, research and skill training; consolidate the organizational system, develop union members; contribute together with the school to fulfill the mission of “taking the lead in training high-quality, highly qualified human resources; researching, creating and disseminating knowledge of social sciences and humanities, serving the cause of national construction, defense and international integration”.
Secretary of the Youth Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities Ta Thi Bich Ngoc reviewed the very proud achievements of the Youth Union of the University, always being a reliable address, a companion of thousands of students in studying and life.
Also at the Anniversary Ceremony, the School's Youth Union organized the awarding of membership cards to 117 students of the High School for the Gifted in Social Sciences and Humanities and 01 student of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities; and awarded the decision of union maturity to 20 union members at the affiliated branches.

Youth Union members of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities received the decision to become a union member on the occasion of the anniversary of March 26.
Responding to the movement “3 responsibilities of cadres” and the movement “Strong expertise - Good professional skills - Standard working style” of the Hanoi National University Youth Union, all cadre branches in the whole school participated enthusiastically and effectively. Summarizing the movement, the Organizing Committee honored the 4 most outstanding models belonging to the cadre branches: Department of Archival Science and Office Administration; Department of Management Science; Department of Political Science and Department of International Studies.

In addition, in order to honor members with many achievements and contributions to the work of the Union and student movements in the 2023-2024 school year, the Youth Union - Student Association of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities has launched the "2024 Youth Humanities Award" with many special award categories.

On the occasion of the Anniversary, the Organizing Committee also awarded Commemorative Medals and certificates to individuals, groups, models, programs, and outstanding activities in studying, scientific research, and volunteer movements serving the community.
The medals, certificates and awards that have been presented are not only a recognition and honor of the contributions of the young generation, the dynamic, creative, enthusiastic and aspirational VNU-USSH youth union members, but also a milestone marking the remarkable growth of the union organization, which has, is and will make more practical contributions to the development of the School.
