Opinions exchanged from representatives of functional departments and training units said that: to standardize the work of publishing textbooks, units need to be proactive in proposing specific textbook names, implementing personnel, and procedures similar to a basic scientific topic, and submit them to the Board of Directors for approval. Regarding training, representatives of some units proposed that in reality, not all students have the conditions to study for a double degree, but the degree, so the School should have a form of recognition of majors and minors (students only need to study about 30 more credits to be recognized as a "minor major" in addition to the major they registered for instead of studying for a double degree). Training units proactively propose a specific list of majors and minors that are suitable for the strengths of the unit and the general resources of the School. At the same time, there should also be a certificate for students when they have fully participated in soft skills courses in the training program, which is very beneficial for them in the process of finding a job later.
