Attending the Conference were Vice Principals, leaders of Institutes, faculties, departments, affiliated centers and representatives of functional departments under the Principal's Department; leaders of the Party Office - Mass Organizations and the School's Trade Union.
The conference listened to Head of Training Department Bui Thanh Nam report on some key contents in the training work of the University, specifically: (1) VNU is reviewing the Bachelor of Cinema and Popular Arts training program, the Doctor of Cultural Management training program and agreeing on the policy for the development of some new training programs of the University (Bachelor of Management Philosophy; Master of Public Management and Global Management, Master of International Relations, Doctor of Vietnamese Language and Vietnam Studies); (2) VNU agrees to increase the University's regular university enrollment target in 2024 by at least 10% compared to 2023. The Head of Training Department also requested heads of units to widely inform staff and lecturers and actively prepare conditions for enrollment of these 02 training programs after being approved by VNU.

Also at the conference, Vice Principal Dang Thi Thu Huong, in charge of training, emphasized some of the expected adjusted contents in the 2024 regular university enrollment project, including: Determining specific targets for each training major, selecting appropriate enrollment combinations and admission methods to ensure the goal of achieving quantity and improving input quality.
Principal Hoang Anh Tuan praised the units for actively participating in completing 2 new training programs, building technical standards for accredited training programs, strengthening regular university admissions consulting and preparing to complete the university admissions project.
Concluding the meeting, Principal Hoang Anh Tuan emphasized some key contents:
1. Units need to continue to improve professionalism and efficiency in handling work, especially friendly service attitude, skillful behavior, care and support for learners.
2. Units need to pay attention and proactively research and propose policies and directions related to training activities, scientific research, autonomy mechanisms, etc. of the School to advise the delegation of leaders of Ministries/Departments/Industries to prepare to work with the School in the coming time.
3. Deploy preparations for the 80th Anniversary of the Traditional Day and the 30th Anniversary of the School's Establishment according to the general spirit of the Celebration: Solemn - Practical - Creating positive effects to effectively implement the School's policies and strategies.
4. Complete the Job Position Project and report to VNU according to the set plan.
5. Units need to pay attention, widely inform students and staff and proactively propose initiatives and seminars to connect employers to successfully implement the Job Fair and connect employers.
6. In training and recruitment, special attention should be paid to:
- Strongly transform the Admissions Project towards flexibility between admission methods and combinations; between majors with high social demand and basic science majors on the basis of ensuring compliance with regulations, substance and efficiency.
- Develop new training programs/majors/specializations: Prepare conditions for enrollment of approved training programs (PhD in Cultural Management, Bachelor of Cinema and NTDC...); speed up the completion of approved training programs in principle and have specific deadlines (Bachelor of Management Philosophy; Master of Public Management and Global Governance, Master of International Relations, PhD in Vietnamese Language and Vietnamese Studies).
- Merging, integrating, and restructuring postgraduate training majors to ensure the prescribed conditions for human resources of each training unit. The school ensures to maintain the same research directions and topics when the majors are merged.
- Strengthen training for staff, especially those working in training support and service, aiming for a professional, modern working style and providing the best care and support for learners.
