Hội nghị giao ban toàn trường tháng 9: khai thác có hiệu quả các nguồn lực để mở rộng không gian học tập, nghiên cứu và sáng tạo cho cán bộ, giảng viên, sinh viên

Phát biểu khai mạc, GS.TS Hoàng Anh Tuấn đã chúc mừng trường THPT Chuyên KHXH&NV vừa tổ chức thành công Lễ Khai giảng năm học mới 2022-2023 từng bừng, phấn khởi. Trong không khí tựu trường của cả nước, tháng 9 trường Đại học Khoa học Xã hội và Nhân văn cũng bắt đầu một năm học mới với khí thế mới, vận hội mới, thắng lợi mới.

ThS Nguyễn Văn Thủy (Trường phòng Hành chính – Tổng hợp) đã trình báo cáo tổng kết công tác tháng 8 trên tất cả các mặt: công tác đảng, tổ chức, đoàn thể; công tác đào tạo: tuyển sinh đại học chính quy, đăng kí tuyển sinh sau đại học đợt 2, giáo dục Quốc phòng và An ninh đợt 1 cho hơn 1200 sinh viên; công tác đảm bảo chất lượng: hoàn thành các báo cáo tự đánh giá của một số CTĐT, chuẩn bị hồ sơ đánh giá ngoài một số CTĐT,…; công tác nghiên cứu khoa học, cơ sở vật chất, tài chính: hoàn thành kế hoạch đề ra, các hạng mục sửa chữa được đẩy nhanh tiến độ, kịp thời hoàn thiện trong tháng 9 để đón sinh viên quay lại trường sau nghỉ hè,… Một số công tác trọng tâm trong tháng 9: tiến hành đại hội các chi bộ nhiệm kì 2022-2025, kiện toàn nhân sự lãnh đạo, quản lí các khoa/bộ môn trong trường; hoàn thiện công tác tuyển sinh đại học chính quy năm 2022, đón sinh viên năm thứ nhất và khai giảng năm học mới 2022-2023; tổ chức hội nghị khoa học quốc tế cho cán bộ trẻ và nghiên cứu sinh, hoàn thiện hệ thống văn bản về công tác nghiên cứu khoa học, tiếp tục kí kết văn bản hợp tác với các trường đại học trong và ngoài nước; hoàn thiện căn bản việc sửa chữa, nâng cấp về cơ sở vật chất;...
 

Phó Hiệu trưởng Đặng Thị Thu Hương chia sẻ và lưu ý thêm một số thông tin về lĩnh vực đào tạo, kiểm định chất lượng: Khoa Việt Nam học và TV chuẩn bị khai trương trang web dạy tiếng Việt cho người nước ngoài, chào mừng ngày 8/9 là Ngày Tôn vinh tiếng Việt, xây dựng một số ngành đào tạo mới; 15/9 phải hoàn thiện công tác tuyển sinh đại học chính quy năm 2022 chính vì vậy các thầy cô ở các khoa/bộ môn vẫn tiếp tục truyền thông về ngành học để công tác tuyển sinh đạt số lượng và chất lượng.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Principal Dao Thanh Truong emphasized: the 2022-2023 school year will be a year that closely combines training with scientific research and international publications, not only supporting the school's staff and graduate students to perfect training processes and standardize titles, but also finding high-quality topics and projects to invest in according to the philosophy of "cultivating high", increasing the international publication index of the whole school. In the coming time, the school will soon issue regulations related to scientific research: establishing an Ethics Council, new regulations on student scientific research. Regarding cooperation and development: in September, promote the signing of cooperation documents, enterprises in Hanoi and other provinces.

Vice Principal Lai Quoc Khanh said that in September, the construction and deployment of a One-Stop software system will be completed to support staff and students, reducing the administrative procedures that must be submitted directly, and switching to online forms to save costs and travel time while improving the efficiency of administrative procedures. In September, the goal is to basically complete the repair and upgrade of the wifi system to best serve the teaching and learning of lecturers and students.
Delegates representing leaders of departments and affiliated units exchanged and discussed openly and made a number of proposals to effectively carry out tasks in September as well as the following months of the new school year, demonstrating a high consensus and determination in successfully carrying out tasks for the 2022-2023 school year.

Based on listening to the exchanges of representatives of the units, Principal Hoang Anh Tuan concluded some key tasks in September:

- On the basis of closely following the planning goals set out in the 2021-2023 school year summary conference and the overall plan of the whole school, faculties/departments will soon develop, adjust and complete the 2022-2023 school year program accordingly.

- Unit leaders pay attention to rectifying administrative work, ensuring regulations on working hours of staff, especially for administrative officers.

- Assign the Department of Cooperation and Development as the focal point, relevant units coordinate to review, develop mechanisms, propose ways to implement support on procedures, management, and arrangement of professional activities to facilitate international scholars and experts in teaching, research, support staff, promote cooperation in training and scientific research; improve foreign language skills for staff, lecturers, and students.

- The University of Social Sciences and Humanities will be given priority to develop a creative space for Social Sciences and Humanities in Hoa Lac, emphasizing Archaeology - Creative Culture - Digital Media - Modern Art - Vietnamese Language, so relevant Faculties/Departments need to proactively build and propose programs and projects in which they have strengths, keeping up with the trend.

- Focus on completing regular university enrollment in 2022 and the second round of graduate enrollment.

- The Administration Department - synthesizes and urges, speeds up the completion of repair items to ensure that when students return after summer vacation, the campus is spacious, clean and convenient, especially the self-study space for students, ensuring the wifi system works well.
