The Board of Directors congratulates the school's Trade Union on the occasion of the founding day of the Vietnam Trade Union.

Attending the meeting with the Rector were Dr. Ngo Thi Kieu Oanh (Chairperson of the University's Trade Union), Mr. Nguyen Van Thuy (Vice Chairperson of the University's Trade Union), and other members of the Standing Committee of the University's Trade Union of Social Sciences and Humanities.

Speaking at the meeting, Professor Hoang Anh Tuan extended his congratulations on the occasion of the Trade Union's traditional day, wishing the University's Trade Union continued growth and significant contributions to maintaining stability and development; building a humane educational environment; and fostering a spirit of solidarity among union members and trade union organizations throughout the University.

Principal Hoang Anh Tuan acknowledged the achievements and thanked the school's Trade Union for its companionship with the Board of Directors and the school over the years.

Always closely following the activities of the University's Trade Union, Principal Hoang Anh Tuan also shared the difficulties and hardships that the Union faces, such as limited budget, numerous activities, a large number of members, and the impact of the pandemic, etc. However, with a leadership team in the Standing Committee possessing strong professional skills, management abilities, enthusiasm, frankness, and a willingness to think and act boldly, and with the unity and support of the union members, the University's Trade Union has achieved many remarkable accomplishments, always contributing greatly to the development and construction of the University, and is one of the strong pillars alongside the Party, the Government, and the Youth Union. Therefore, the University's Board of Directors believes that the Executive Committee of the University's Trade Union, in addition to its activities to connect staff, will have more in-depth activities in the future, closely linked to the professional work of staff and lecturers. The School will always support and facilitate the Union's professional activities as well as make focused investments to promote scientific research of staff in the coming time.

On behalf of the Standing Committee of the University's Trade Union, Dr. Ngo Thi Kieu Oanh (President of the Trade Union) expressed her gratitude and appreciation for the attention given by the Board of Directors to the Trade Union. She affirmed that for the Trade Union to develop and fulfill its role effectively, it needs the support and cooperation of the Board of Directors, other organizations, and all union members. In the coming time, the Trade Union will strive to organize more activities, especially in professional work, to contribute to strengthening the bonds, improving the spiritual well-being of union members, and better supporting the professional work and scientific research of faculty members.
