Party Congress III of the Headquarters Block: Innovation - Creativity - Efficiency

Party Cell III of the School Board currently has 21 party members (including 02 probationary party members), working in the following units: Department of Organization and Personnel, Department of Foreign Affairs and Magazine, Department of Inspection and Legal Affairs, Office of the School Council and Unions, taking on many important areas of the School.
Under the leadership and direction of the Party Committee and the School's leadership, during the 2022-2025 term, Party Cell III always maintains the spirit of solidarity and responsibility, together implementing the common goals of the School and the Board of Directors in the following areas: staff organization, cooperation and development, legal inspection, and magazine.
The Party cell directs units to perform well the function of advising on the issuance of policies for developing human resources (training on-site staff and attracting high-quality lecturers to work at the School); resolutely implementing the policy of restructuring the apparatus in the direction of streamlining-strengthening-efficiency-effectiveness-efficiency (reducing 29.3% of the units under the School, arranging and transferring personnel to suit new functions and tasks); actively advising the Board of Directors to expand cooperative relations with prestigious universities and educational organizations in the country and the world, exchanging experts, lecturers and students. Legal inspection work is conducted regularly, closely and promptly, ensuring work discipline and school discipline. The Party cell regularly closely monitors and promptly directs the activities of mass organizations: Trade Union, Youth Union - Student Association.
Compared with the congress resolution for the 2022-2025 term, the Party Cell has completed the set targets well, many targets have even been exceeded.
On the basis of promoting the achieved results and meeting the requirements of the new context, Party Cell III of the Headquarters Block determined the direction of leadership and direction for units to perform well their functions and tasks in the 2025-2027 term: The work of Organization and Personnel continues to review the organization and personnel in the direction of streamlining, efficiency, effectiveness and efficiency; develop the staff, especially the team of highly qualified scientific staff, continue to promote the development of cooperation programs and international projects with traditional and new partners in an effective and practical direction, especially prioritizing high-ranking partners in the region and the world; develop the School's Scientific Journal to soon be listed in Scopus; focus on leading the work of Inspection and Legal Affairs to ensure compliance with the law, work discipline, school discipline, contributing to improving the quality of training. The Party cell leads and directs units to perform well the advisory function for the Party Committee and the Board of Directors in issuing documents and policies for the development of the School in the new period. Strengthen the application of information technology in management and handling of administrative and professional work. Speaking at the Congress, comrade Nguyen Tuan Anh (Head of the Foreign Affairs and Magazine Department, Editor-in-Chief of the Social Sciences and Humanities Magazine) expressed his high agreement with the content of the documents of the Party Congress of the School and the political report of the Party Cell; at the same time, he emphasized some issues that need to be focused on in the coming term through 3 keywords: "Technology", "Innovation" and "Substance". He further analyzed: In the current context, technology is an essential factor shaping the development of society, so the direction and tasks of the Party Cell should emphasize the solution of applying technology to solve work in all areas. Social change is happening more and more rapidly, requiring us to constantly innovate, from awareness to action. In all activities, it is necessary to focus on substance, aiming at activities that bring specific results, to work towards the common goal: improving the capacity of lecturers in training, research and international publishing, opportunities for academic exchange with foreign students and experts right at school or study exchange abroad for learners. Agreeing with the direction and tasks in the report of Party Cell III of the School Board as well as the contributions of Party members at the Congress, Comrade Hoang Anh Tuan, Party Secretary and School Principal, emphasized: the units under School Board III directly manage and direct many important areas of work of the School. The Party Committee and School Board expect that, promoting the spirit of solidarity and unanimity, the new term Party Cell will strengthen innovation in leadership work; Party members and cadres of the Party Cell will be proactive and creative in absorbing and applying technology in all activities in the professional field to improve work efficiency and effectiveness. The Congress unanimously elected the Party Cell III Executive Committee for the 2025-2027 term, consisting of 3 comrades: Comrade Nguyen Tich Nghi, Secretary; Comrade Luong Ngoc Vinh, Deputy Secretary and Comrade Dang Quang Thai, Party Cell Executive Committee member. The Congress elected 09 official delegates and 01 alternate to attend the Party Congress of the School for the 2025-2030 term.
