Dr. Ngo Thi Kieu Oanh - Deputy Head of the Personnel Department, University of Social Sciences and Humanities
Attending the opening ceremony, on behalf of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities were Dr. Ngo Thi Kieu Oanh - Deputy Head of the Personnel Department, along with all the students participating in the course. On behalf of the Center for Training and Development Cooperation, University of Education, were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Manh Ha - Director of the Training Center, and Ms. Nguyen Thi Dien - Deputy Director of the Center.
Speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor Pham Manh Ha emphasized the importance of training and developing the capacity of the teaching staff; and expressed his hope that the course would provide and supplement knowledge to help teachers perform their duties well according to their professional positions, becoming core teachers for improving the quality of training at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.

Training according to the professional title standards for teachers is one of the mandatory requirements for the teaching profession. Training according to professional title standards not only helps each teacher acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to practice their profession and meet the mandatory standards of their position, but is also a mandatory requirement for recruitment and promotion of civil servants.
Dr. Ngo Thi Kieu Oanh shared that, despite many difficulties and limited financial resources, the school always prioritizes and invests in its teaching staff. The school always considers its faculty and staff as the decisive factor in the sustainable development of the institution.
To ensure the training course achieves its objectives, Dr. Ngo Thi Kieu Oanh hopes that the trainees will be serious, maintain discipline and order in their studies, and diligently research and apply the knowledge imparted to their practical management and teaching activities. The learning outcomes and the seriousness with which each trainee fulfills their training and professional development tasks will also serve as a basis for evaluating the performance of the instructors.
The training course for the professional title of Lecturer (Grade III) took place from November 27, 2021 to February 15, 2022, with the participation of 50 lecturers from the University.
