Opening of Training Course according to the professional title standards of Lecturer (grade III)

Attending the opening ceremony, on behalf of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, there were Dr. Ngo Thi Kieu Oanh - Deputy Head of the Department of Organization and Personnel, along with all students attending the class. On behalf of the Center for Training and Development Cooperation, the University of Education, there were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Manh Ha - Director of the Training Center, and Ms. Nguyen Thi Dien - Deputy Director of the Center.

Speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor Dr. Pham Manh Ha emphasized the importance of training and capacity building for the teaching staff; and hoped that the course would provide and supplement knowledge to help teachers perform well their tasks according to their professional titles, becoming core teachers for improving the quality of training at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.

Dr. Ngo Thi Kieu Oanh expressed her gratitude for the active cooperation of the Center for Training and Development Cooperation, the University of Education and scientists who have always accompanied and supported the School in carrying out its mission and task of training and developing its staff. Training according to the standards of the professional title of a teacher is one of the mandatory contents and requirements for the title of a teacher. Training according to the standards of the title of a teacher not only helps each teacher have sufficient knowledge and skills to work, meeting the mandatory standards of the position they are holding, but is also a mandatory requirement for recruiting and promoting civil servants.
Dr. Ngo Thi Kieu Oanh shared that, although there are many difficulties and limited financial resources, the school always focuses on and invests in the teaching staff, making it a top priority. The school always considers the teaching staff as the decisive factor for the sustainable development of the school.
In order for the Training Course to achieve its set goals, Dr. Ngo Thi Kieu Oanh hopes that the trainees will be serious, ensure discipline, study discipline, cultivate and research the knowledge imparted to apply in practice in management and teaching activities. The learning results and seriousness in implementing the training task to improve the qualifications of each trainee are also the basis for evaluating the completion of the task of the teacher.
The training course according to the professional title standards of Lecturer (grade III) took place from November 27, 2021 to February 15, 2022 with the participation of 50 students who are lecturers of the School.
