The new era places increasingly high demands on the education and training sector in accordance with Resolution 29 and Conclusion 91-KL/TW dated August 12, 2024, of the Politburo. To realize the Party's resolution, Professor Phung Huu Phu believes that, more than ever, it is necessary to thoroughly understand, continue to apply, and creatively develop Ho Chi Minh's thought on a constructive, humane, and progressive Vietnamese education system.
