After nearly two years of implementation, the cooperation program has achieved remarkable results with the publication of three AI publications, becoming important learning resources for lecturers, students and researchers. All three publications will be introduced at the Workshop "Developing Artificial Intelligence Capacity for Learners" held on October 28, 2025, including: (1) Artificial Intelligence Capacity Framework for Students, (2) Breakthrough in Teaching and Research with Artificial Intelligence - for lecturers and experts, and (3) Application of Artificial Intelligence in Learning and Career - for students. These three products, together with other products, are an inclusive knowledge ecosystem that helps learners, lecturers and researchers gradually form, develop and improve AI capacity in a systematic and responsible manner.
The three publications will be introduced and given to delegates attending the Workshop "Developing Artificial Intelligence Capacity for Learners" held at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
The project has also provided AI capacity building training for more than 450 lecturers, 1,500 students, and more than 250 information and library staff nationwide. It has developed software and a digital competency assessment toolkit, integrating AI capabilities to support the assessment process and training orientation. Within the framework of the project, the “Message for DigiGen - Message for the Digital Generation” contest, a series of workshops and discussions have been organized to promote creative thinking and responsible AI application in the student community.
In particular, the MOOCs course on AI Applications in Learning and Career Development is expected to be deployed from the second semester of the 2025-2026 school year for all students of the School, and will also contribute to the MOOCs learning materials repository being built by the Ministry of Education and Training.
Meta Group and the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU have had nearly 6 years of cooperation in promoting digital and AI capacity for learners and teachers in higher education. The cooperation has laid an important foundation for promoting the development of digital and AI capacity widely in the national education system. On this occasion, Prof. Hoang Anh Tuan (Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities) presented books and sincerely thanked Meta Group and Mr. Ruici Tio (Manager of the Asia Pacific Safety and Integrity Policy Program) for their effective support and cooperation in the past time, and committed that the University will continue to spread the results of the project widely to the community.

The project also marked an important step forward in cooperation when the delegation of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities had a working trip to Meta headquarters in Singapore within the framework of the APAC AI Literacy & Safety Summit. The two sides agreed on the contents to be completed in the project and the plan to expand the project results to training institutions nationwide with the support of Meta. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Thanh Nam - Party Secretary, Chairman of the University Council highly appreciated the effectiveness of cooperation between the two sides and committed to the University's support in the following projects.

In order to promote the achieved applications and open up a new direction in cooperation between VNU-USSH and Meta in promoting AI applications in education, the National Workshop "Developing Artificial Intelligence Capacity for Learners" will be held on the morning of October 28, 2025 at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU.
The conference is a forum that brings together policymakers, experts, lecturers, researchers, businesses and students to discuss trends, policies and solutions for developing AI capacity in the national education system.
