On November 3, 2023, the Institute for Policy and Management (IPAM) of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) celebrated 20 years of cooperation with the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation, Federal Republic of Germany (RLS).
