University of Social Sciences and Humanities - VNU Hanoi

The UniReport journal of the University of Frankfurt (Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main), Germany (issue dated October 12, 2012) published a highly positive commentary on the visit and work of Professor Nguyen Van Khanh, the Rector, and expressed expectations for future cooperation and training between the two universities.

On December 22, 2012, the Faculty of Management - University of Social Sciences and Humanities, in collaboration with the Faculty of Law, Hue University, organized a scientific seminar on the topic "Improving the curriculum and conducting pilot teaching of the subject of Intellectual Property in universities and colleges in the field of educational science".

To commemorate the 68th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army, on the morning of December 22, 2012, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and the University of Natural Sciences jointly organized a reunion program for veterans of Hanoi University who enlisted in the army between 1956 and 1995.

"International Cultural Festival" is an annual event organized by the Department of Vietnamese Studies and Vietnamese Language. It's an opportunity for students to introduce their country's traditional cultures to friends from other countries, fostering exchange and learning, and strengthening friendships and camaraderie among nations.

On December 20, 2012, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities organized an international conference entitled "The Rule of Law: Some Theoretical and Practical Issues". Associate Professor Dr. Vu Duc Nghieu – Vice Rector of the University – attended and delivered the opening speech.

On December 18, 2012, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities organized a dialogue program between the university's leadership and students for the 2012-2013 academic year.

On August 30, 2012, the Director of Hanoi National University signed Decision No. 2880/QD-KHTC agreeing to allow the University of Social Sciences and Humanities to liquidate a 16-seater Toyota vehicle, license plate 31A-4514. The university will organize an auction of this vehicle to collectives and individuals inside and outside the university.

The University of Social Sciences and Humanities (VNU Hanoi) announces the list of candidates eligible to participate in the 2012 civil servant recruitment examination.

On December 15, 2012, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities held its 2012 Postgraduate Training Conference. The conference aimed to evaluate postgraduate training activities in 2011-2012, set directions and tasks for the 2012-2013 academic year, and outline key solutions to improve the quality of postgraduate training.

On the afternoon of December 5, 2012, 40 certificates and 22 diplomas were awarded to students at the closing ceremony of the short-term course on Religion and the Rule of Law, at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.

On December 14, 2012, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, in collaboration with Gakushuin University (Japan) and Myongji University (Korea), organized an international scientific conference on the theme "Organization and Promotion of the Value of People's Archival Documents".
