Pursuant to the Official Dispatch of the 1992 Constitution Amendment Committee and the Official Dispatch of the Director of Hanoi National University on organizing the collection of public opinions on the draft amendment of the 1992 Constitution, the University requests that Heads of units continue to organize comments on the Draft by units or social organizations (Trade Unions, Youth Unions, Student Associations) or individuals.
