64 students received Master's degrees in Tourism.

On September 25th and 26th, 2014, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities awarded master's degrees to 64 students specializing in Tourism, including 37 students from Hanoi and 27 students from Ho Chi Minh City.

These are trainees from courses held in 2009, 2010, and 2011.

The Faculty of Tourism Studies at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities is currently the only institution in the country offering postgraduate training in Tourism. The Faculty has been training Master's students in Tourism since 2003, and to date has had 11 cohorts with over 300 graduates.

Graduates of the Faculty are currently working in various tourism management agencies at the central and local levels; holding management positions in businesses operating in the tourism industry; and becoming lecturers at universities and colleges nationwide.

Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Thi Minh Hoa presented diplomas to the Master of Tourism graduates. The Master's degree awarding ceremony in Hanoi took place on the 5th floor of building H, at 3:00 PM on September 25, 2014.

The Master's program in Tourism at the Faculty offers diverse content, ranging from courses on modern tourism theory, modern tourism research methods, tourism human resource management, cultural heritage in tourism business, and management culture in tourism business, to courses on travel management, tourism business development strategies, development economics, sustainable tourism development, hotel and restaurant management, applied statistics in tourism, and marketing in tourism…

Professor Nguyen Van Khanh awarded degrees to masters in tourism at the Master's Degree Award Ceremony in Ho Chi Minh City at 1:30 PM on September 26, 2014, at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Culture.

To date, after 15 years of establishment and development, the Faculty of Tourism remains a leading and prestigious training institution in the country for tourism studies, serving as a cradle for training lecturers and researchers in tourism for many universities and research institutes nationwide.
