29 students completed the "Human Resource Management Skills Training Course".

Attending the ceremony were Dr. Nguyen Thi Kim Chi (Deputy Head of the Faculty of Management Science), MSc. Nguyen Hong Duy (Deputy Head of the Faculty of Archival Studies and Office Management), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vu Thi Phung (Head of the Department of Office Management, Faculty of Archival Studies and Office Management). Representing the Vietnam Association of Business Administrators were Dr. Han Manh Tien (President of the Association) and MSc. Nguyen Thanh Hoan (Vice President of the Association).

Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Thi Kim Chi expressed her delight at the positive results achieved by the students after the course: "I am very pleased that the course was able to support students in using interdisciplinary skills, and most importantly, when asked, many students said that they had found jobs and were working in the field of human resources administration."

Dr. Han Manh Tien (Chairman of the Vietnam Association of Business Managers) also highly appreciated the effectiveness of the course, considering it a good initiative with significant meaning for students in the context of the fierce competition in today's labor market.

The "Human Resource Management" course, which commenced on April 10, 2018, was jointly organized by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and the Vietnam Association of Business Managers to provide students with fundamental knowledge and skills in human resource management.

The course is designed with content covering: an overview of human resource management; skills in building job descriptions and recruiting personnel; skills in training and developing human resources; labor relations management; performance evaluation; compensation management; labor law in human resource management; physiognomy in human resource management, etc. The teaching staff mainly consists of senior experts in human resource management from businesses, representatives of the Vietnam Association of Business Managers, and lecturers from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
