Attending the ceremony were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dinh Van Dung (Deputy Head of the Political and Student Affairs Department, VNU Hanoi); Prof. Dr. Pham Quang Minh (Rector of the University); Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan (Vice Rector of the University) and representatives from 30 recruiting units.
At the ceremony, Rector Pham Quang Minh presented certificates of merit from the Director of Vietnam National University, Hanoi to 11 students with excellent academic results throughout their course of study; and awarded certificates of merit to 20 students with excellent academic results and 20 students who were outstanding student union/association/class leaders.

Speaking at the ceremony,Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh TuanThe Vice Principal of the school stated that, unlike previous years, this is the first time the school has invited recruiting organizations to attend the graduation ceremony for students of the K59 cohort.

Associate Professor Hoang Anh Tuan, Vice Rector of the University, delivered a speech at the ceremony.
According to the policy of Vietnam National University, Hanoi, the K59 cohort (from 2014 to present) has received significant investment in developing soft skills related to integration, career development, and job applications. Many students have participated in free foreign language courses with native speakers. With this supplementary knowledge and skills, Associate Professor Hoang Anh Tuan expects that the students will soon achieve success in their future entrepreneurial endeavors.
Associate Professor Hoang Anh Tuan also affirmed that in the coming time, the University will make even stronger commitments to improving the quality of training; strongly strengthening the connection between recruiting units and students with the spirit of: "Innovation, service and quality for the output of students". In particular, innovations in the academic atmosphere, foreign language skills, practical internships, and meeting the demand for high-quality human resources for society.

Valedictorian Tran Tung Ngoc, representing the second batch of graduates, delivered a speech expressing his emotion at the moment of leaving behind his student life. He also expressed his gratitude to the teachers for providing the students with academic skills and valuable life lessons. The representatives of the graduating class also expressed their pride in being a small part of the university with its rich history and fine traditions, and promised to do their best to succeed and bring honor to their beloved institution.
